At yesterday's Technology Meeting it was suggested that a text messaging number be set up for receiving Help Desk Tickets. I spent some time last night researching this and we have set up (559) 759-6466 as a textable number that will forward the text message to the Help Desk system.
When using this system, we will only have your cell phone number and the text message you provide as information. It is imperative that you identify your site and room number so that we may be able to help you. Due to the limitations of text message size, I would highly recommend using the the following site code followed by your room number. i.e. Room 84 at Union would be U84, room 113 at Mission Oak would be M113.
