If your Outlook account has been deleted, but you still have your OST file. The OST file gets orphaned, and you can't recover it by the manual method because the manual method works with Outlook. But you can access your file by converting it into MHTML format. I'd recommend using DataVare OST to MHTML Converter Expert for this. It helps you open and extract data from orphaned or inaccessible OST files and save everything -- emails, attachments, and formatting -- as MHTML files. The best part is that it doesn't need Outlook or an Exchange connection to work. Once the conversion is done, you can open your emails easily in any web browser, like Chrome or Edge. I tried this approach when my old Outlook account was removed, and it worked great for recovering all my messages.
