How to Save MSG Attachment to a Specific Folder
by sam samjackob - Monday, 3 November 2025, 10:49 PM

I often receive many MSG files with attachments and want to save all of them in one specific folder for better organization. However, saving each attachment manually is very time-consuming, and Outlook doesn't seem to offer a simple option for this. Every time I try, attachments go to different default folders. Can anyone suggest an easy way to save all MSG attachments directly to my chosen folder without repeating the same steps again and again?
