Do you want to know which technician is on your site today? You can access the technician schedule in GroupWise. Go to File | Proxy in GroupWise and type "tech schedule" in the name field. Click OK to add proxy access to the technology schedule. There is a calendar for each site showing who is at your site that day.

Remember to submit your support requests to the help desk system. District staff provides some support on the days when there is not a technician on your site. The Help Desk system enables us to see what your technician was working on so we can assist.
