Best Tool to Migrate Contacts from IBM Notes to VCF Format?
by John Scott - Monday, 21 July 2025, 11:56 PM

I am currently working on migrating our organization contacts from IBM Notes (Lotus Notes) to VCF (vCard) format for easier import into mobile devices and modern email platforms. I have tried a few manual methods, but they either time-consuming or do not maintain the contact structure properly. Can anyone recommend a reliable NSF to VCF converter tool that works well for this type of migration?

The WholeClear NSF to VCF Converter is the best tool for changing contacts from IBM Notes (Lotus Notes) to VCF format. This reliable program extracts contacts from NSF files and converts them to the standard vCard (.vcf) format. It remembers all the contact information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and addresses. It can easily move more than one file at a time and you does not need Lotus Notes to work, and works with vCard 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0. It works well on all Windows computers and makes it easy to move contacts from Outlook, Gmail, iCloud, Android, or iOS. It is safe and simple for new users to use.
