Prepping My Home for a Greener, Cooler 2025

Hi all! Lately, I've been focused on improving airflow in my flat. With how warm it's been lately, upgrading my ceiling fans has become a priority. I want something that can provide powerful airflow without being too noisy. I've also noticed many newer fans are more energy-efficient, which is a big plus considering how often I use them.

I'm narrowing down my choices, and a kdk ceiling fan seems like a solid option. Their reputation for durability and performance is impressive. I've seen some ceiling-mounted and wall-mounted options that could work well in smaller rooms. If you've used a KDK fan for a while, I'd love to know how it holds up long-term.

To complement the cooling, I'm also investing in better lighting. I'm planning to install led lights in the kitchen, bathroom, and even wardrobe areas. The soft white LED bulbs provide a warm glow without overheating the space. They're also more environmentally friendly, which fits right in with my sustainability goals.

Thankfully, the climate voucher 2024 gives me an added push to upgrade. I'm glad Singapore is promoting climate-friendly home products. A few lighting stores I visited already accept the voucher, and some even have bundles for fans and LEDs. It's definitely worth checking out if you're upgrading your home this year.
