At first, it might be hard to figure out how to get your contacts out of an NSF file into a VCF file if you're not used to working with Lotus Notes files. When I moved from Lotus Notes to Gmail, I was in the same situation. I needed my contacts in a file that would work better on my phone, like VCF. You can do it manually, but it usually takes a long time and needs Lotus Notes to be setup and functioning properly. I used a tool called GainTools NSF to VCF Converter to save time.
