How to Extract Contacts from an NSF File to VCF Format?
by kelly allan01 - Thursday, 5 June 2025, 1:54 AM

I have an old Lotus Notes NSF file and want to extract only the contact details into VCF format so I can import them into my Android phone. What is the best and easiest way to do this?

At first, it might be hard to figure out how to get your contacts out of an NSF file into a VCF file if you're not used to working with Lotus Notes files. When I moved from Lotus Notes to Gmail, I was in the same situation. I needed my contacts in a file that would work better on my phone, like VCF. You can do it manually, but it usually takes a long time and needs Lotus Notes to be setup and functioning properly. I used a tool called GainTools NSF to VCF Converter to save time. It made everything very easy for me. After adding the NSF file, all of my contacts were in VCF format in just a few minutes. I didn't lose any information, like names, phone numbers, or emails. It works well on Windows and is simple to use even if you're not proficient in technology.

To Extract Contacts from an NSF File to VCF Format I suggest NSF to VCF Converter. This sophisticated program makes it easy to convert NSF files to VCF format while keeping all of the contact information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and even pictures. It easily converts many NSF files to VCF, which speeds up and improves the accuracy of the NSF contacts to vCard process. Say goodbye to manual methods and worries about losing data and try out this hassle-free solution.
