Some of you have noticed a problem when emptying your GroupWise trash folder. We made a change to GroupWise about two weeks ago. We set a flag to prevent the deletion of an e-mail unless it had been backed up by the server. This is to ensure we are able to recover e-mails when required. Unfortunately this feature appears to be having some issues as the backup server is not correctly flagging the e-mails as deletable after they have been backed up. We are woking on a solution to this problem.
