I also needed to access some Outlook emails in EML format, so I looked for a way to convert my PST file. Since PST is mainly supported by Outlook, I decided to use a converter instead of manual export. After checking a few tools, I tried GainTools PST to EML Converter. It worked on my Windows system without any compatibility issues. I was able to add the PST file and export emails into separate EML files easily. The folder structure and attachments were preserved during the process. It is much easier than I expected.
